Key Tasks:

• Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of ANAVIA’s UAV systems at client locations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal system performance.

Qualifications:

• Completed higher education (e.g., ETH, HTL) certification in electronics, mechatronics, aerospace engineering, or a related field.
• At a minimum 5 years’ experience in an aviation maintenance or a field service representative role.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electronic issues.
• High flexibility and willingness to travel internationally.

Key Tasks

• Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, and updating internal databases (e.g., attendance, leave, and personnel files).
• Help coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for new and departing employees.
• Prepare standard HR documents (e.g., contracts, letters, certificates)

Key Tasks

Industrialization

• Management of the transition from product development to series production (‘Design to Manufacture’).
• Development and optimization of production layouts and assembly lines.
• Close collaboration with engineering to ensure production-ready product designs.
• Planning and realization of series start-ups incl. pilot production, ramp-up, etc.

Supply Chain Development

• Establishment and further development of the strategic supply chain for new and existing products.
• Coordinating material requirements and logistical needs with internal and external partners.
• Identification of risks in the supply chain and development of resilience strategies.
• Introduction of SCM-relevant tools and processes for demand planning, availability, and traceability.

Project management & interface coordination

• Management of industrialization projects with a focus on quality, costs and deadlines.
• Close cooperation with the engineering, purchasing, quality, production and logistics departments.

Key Tasks

• Perform regular system maintenance tasks including updates, and troubleshooting of internal and cloud-based systems.
• Support the onboarding of new employees by setting up workstations, software, and necessary IT resources in collaboration with external IT service provider.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems such as network infrastructure, servers, ERP and PLM software, as well as office software applications.
• Coordinate with the external IT service provider for network security audits, vulnerability assessments, and system upgrades.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve ongoing technical issues and to ensure optimal IT service delivery.

Other Tasks

• Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS) and enterprise software management

Key Tasks

• Part of the Operating crew, support day-to-day operation.
• Gather test performance information during and post-flight.
• Prepare, coordinate, and conduct all development flight testing requirements, with regards to specific flight profiles.
• Record ground test and flight test performance data and display information in clear and concise reports.
• Be fully conversant and knowledgeable with all Rotorcraft systems, limitations, and safety procedures outlined in the Flight Manual.
• Be responsible and accountable for the safe and correct conduct of all Ground and Air related rotorcraft testing within the responsibility of the Flight Test Engineer position.
• Provide assistance to the Remote Pilot during pre-flight, in-flight, handover, and pre-landing checklist activities.
• Monitoring of critical rotorcraft systems.
• Support the development team in defining test scenarios for the verification and validation flight test phase for products and prototypes.
• Daily tasks include test plan and test card generation, real-time data monitoring during ground and flight tests, directing tests, data analysis and documentation, test readiness review preparation, and on-aircraft troubleshooting.
• Work closely with system, avionics, propulsion, structural, software, and flight controls engineers to develop and support flight testing for VTOL platform.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve issues.
• Support the flight authorization process and any process necessary for the flight execution.

Other Tasks

• Work as a team member to assemble and set up equipment for Flight Operations and customer demonstrations.
• Act as Pilot in Command for test flights could be required, after proper training.
• Act as Flight Test Engineer Instructor for internal training.

Qualifications

• Support stability and control analysis across the full flight envelope.
• Contribute to control law development and autopilot tuning by supplying simulation models and flight dynamics insights.
• Analyze flight test data to validate simulation models and identify improvement areas.
• Define and assess aircraft stability margins, dynamic responses, and trim conditions.

Qualifications

• Simulate and evaluate mission scenarios using flight performance and environmental models.

  Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

1. Safety Engineering

• Develop and maintain system and aircraft-level safety assessments in accordance with ARP4761 and ARP4754A (e.g., FHA, PSSA, SSA, CMA).
• Perform Functional Hazard Assessments (FHA) and System Safety Assessments (SSA) to support certification and design reviews.
• Support fault tree analysis (FTA), failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA/FMECA), and common cause analyses (CCA).
• Contribute to the development and review of Certification Plans, Safety Plans, and System Safety Program Plans (SSPP).
• Interface with airworthiness authorities (e.g., EASA, FAA, military) for certification-related safety work.

2. Reliability Engineering

• Perform quantitative reliability predictions using tools such as Reliasoft, Windchill, or MIL-HDBK-217.
  Develop system and LRU reliability models and conduct Failure Reporting, Analysis and Corrective
• Action Systems (FRACAS) processes.
• Monitor and report Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time Between Removals (MTBR), and other KPIs.
• Analyze field data and in-service feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

3. Maintainability & Supportability

• Conduct maintainability analysis, including Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), fault isolation, access analysis, and Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) architecture assessments.
• Support the development of Maintenance Task Analyses (MTA) and Maintenance Manuals (e.g., AMM, CMM).
• Contribute to the Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), and Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) deliverables.
• Work closely with production, customer support, and aftermarket teams to improve maintainability and reduce lifecycle costs.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in safety, reliability, or maintainability engineering within the aviation or aerospace sector.
• Strong knowledge of applicable standards: ARP4761, ARP4754A, CS-29/-27 (or FAR equivalents), MIL-STD-882, MIL-HDBK-217.
• Experience with analytical tools (e.g., Relex, Isograph, RAM Commander, FMEA software, MATLAB).
• Familiarity with DO-178C / DO-254 / DO-160.
• Good understanding of aircraft systems, e.g. electrical, avionics, structures, propulsion.
